If your Human Design Blueprint reading doesn't resonate, you have 7 days from delivery to email us at support@yourhumandesign.me and we'll refund your purchase in full. No forms. No friction. No questions asked.

Because each reading is calculated and generated specifically for you, we ask that you only request a refund if the report genuinely didn't land — not as a way to take the digital artifacts and keep them. We trust you to do the right thing.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What if my reading didn't arrive?

Your Blueprint is generated automatically after checkout and arrives by email within minutes. If you don't see it within an hour, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us — we'll resend immediately, no refund needed.
